Options will be offered throughout the class, including practicing entirely from a chair or adding standing poses using the wall or chair for extra balance and support. Perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone looking for a calm and comfortable way to move. The current session runs from April 8th until June 24th from 2:30 - 3:30 on Wednesdays. $110 for the session or $15 for drop in. No experience necessary!
