A yoga practice should shift to fit a person's needs, rather than have the person shift to fit the needs of the yoga practice.

About Me

I started teaching yoga in 2003. For many of those years I had the privilege of teaching out of my home studio, working 1 on 1 in and with small groups, creating personalized classes for students. I have also enjoyed teaching yoga in high schools and with various clubs and organizations. I'm excited to now move my teaching online and share classes with a wider audience. My aim is to create yoga classes that are adaptable and to provide instruction for all levels of ability. I believe that there is some piece of yoga that can benefit everyone and every body.
