Join us for 3 days of yoga, meditation, movement and sound bath.
August 14th to 16th, 2026.
Price includes 5 yoga movement classes, dinner on Friday night, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and lunch on Sunday, with catering by local plant based chefs Knifey Spooney, and access to a beautiful quiet sandy lake, hiking and other outdoor activities on the property.
There are several stunning, newly renovated cabins with King size beds and lounge areas, bathrooms, some containing kitchenettes, available for rental, as well as a campground area. Both rental options include additional morning sound bath and meditation sessions, as well as breakfast for Saturday and Sunday.

Located on Grippen Lake, this newly renovated children's camp features sandy beaches, beautiful hiking trails and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
