Yoga Retreat

Join us for 3 days of yoga, meditation, movement and sound bath. Price includes 5 yoga movement classes, dinner on Friday night, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and lunch on Sunday, with catering by local plant based chefs Knifey Spooney, and access to a beautiful quiet sandy lake, hiking and other outdoor activities on the property.

There are several stunning, newly renovated cabins with King size beds and lounge areas, bathrooms, some containing kitchenettes, available for rental, as well as a campground area. Both rental options include a morning sound bath and meditation session, as well as breakfast. Pictures of the cabins and camp space are featured in the blog.
