Workplace Yoga

Support employee wellness with accessible yoga classes offered both online and in person for workplaces and organizations. These classes are designed to help reduce stress, improve focus and mental clarity, and relieve muscle tension caused by repetitive movements or long hours spent sitting or standing.

Sessions are inclusive and adaptable for a variety of experience levels and physical abilities, with modifications provided throughout class to support different needs and limitations.

Programs can be customized to suit the specific demands of your workplace, or employees can join existing class options including Functional Yoga, Strength & Flow, Chair Yoga, or Gentle Yoga.

Flexible scheduling is available, with both daytime and evening class options to fit your organization’s needs.
