Strength and Flow
Build strength, improve flexibility, and find your breath in this energizing yoga class. Strength & Flow combines active yoga postures with fluid movement, linking breath and movement together to create a dynamic and engaging practice. Classes are designed to help develop balance, stability, mobility, and body awareness while encouraging a sense of flow and focus.
Some prior experience with yoga postures is recommended, as the class moves at an active pace and includes transitions up and down from the floor.
