Intro To Yoga

Perfect for those new to yoga, this class offers a welcoming introduction to foundational poses in a supportive and easy-to-follow environment. Students will explore basic yoga postures with plenty of modifications and variations, allowing each person to find what feels best in their own body.

Emphasis is placed on comfort, awareness, and individual choice—recognizing that every body moves differently and not every pose looks or feels the same for everyone.

The class may include getting up and down from the floor. If mobility is a concern, chair-based modifications can be arranged—please reach out prior to class. A Gentle Yoga class is also available and includes instruction fully accessible from a chair.

Yoga blocks, straps, or simple household items may be used to support poses, but they are optional and not required to participate.
