Functional Yoga

In the Functional Yoga class we take traditional yoga poses and incorporate movement that is beneficial in how we use our bodies throughout our day to day lives. Mobility, resiliency and longevity are themes that are reflected in the poses each week. Please note we get up and down from the floor in this class. If mobility is an issue contact Jodi for modifications or check out the Gentle Yoga class.

The use of yoga blocks and straps, or similar household items is encouraged.
