Functional Flow

This class blends elements of Gentle Yoga, Functional Yoga, and Strength & Flow to support long-term strength, mobility, and overall well-being. With a focus on longevity in movement, we build the foundation for a body that feels capable, resilient, and supported through all stages of life.

Each practice is designed to translate beyond the mat—helping everyday movements like bending, lifting, reaching, and walking feel easier and more sustainable. Rather than daily tasks placing strain on the body, this class helps create the strength and awareness needed so those movements are supported by a healthy, balanced foundation.

The class is adaptable and inclusive, with options to work on a mat or in a chair so you can choose the level of challenge and support that best suits your body.

Props such as yoga blocks or straps are recommended to enhance stability and comfort, but are not required to participate.
